2017年8月中旬，金福华肖锦华董事长代表了金福华包装实业有限公司在澳洲招待了来自中国鸡蛋产业链高级商务考察团的代表，并陪同考察团代表成员参观了部分澳洲大型的蛋鸡农场。

肖锦华董事长，毕业于澳洲墨尔本大学农业专业，在澳洲有30多年经营家禽农场的经验。2004年，肖董事长在中国创办金福华包装实业有限公司，为澳洲蛋鸡农民提供了环保精美的鸡蛋包装盒。

In the middle of August 2017, Mr. Siow Kim Fah, represented JINFUHUA Packaging Industrial Co., LTD  as a Chairman, invited the China Business Group of Egg Industrial Chain to visit a large scale egg industry in Australia.

JINFUHUA Chairman Mr. Siow Kim Fah, graduated in Melbourne University and specialised in agriculture major, has more than 30 years experience on poultry farm management. In 2004, Mr. Siow founded JINFUHUA Packaging Industrial Co., LTD. in Guangdong China, providing good quality paper cartons to local Australian farmers.

    这次来自中国鸡蛋产业链高级商务考察团由中国蛋品协会的王秘书长带领，旨在对澳洲的农场进行参观，学习蛋品生产的新技术和对蛋品生产行业中的商机进行交流。同时，在王秘书的带领和肖董事长充当桥梁的作用下，代表们能在留澳期间了解到更多的澳洲风俗人情。

And the Genernal Secretary Wang of the China Egg Product Association who organised and led this business group to Australia, visited the Australia egg farm for learning latest techical skills for egg production and to exchage their opinions on eggs production business. Also the delegation explored the fascinating Australian nature after work under the lead of Wang and warmth welcome from Mr. Siow.

在参观工厂的过程中，肖董事长表示：“这次是中国参观代表团的一个很好的学习机会，他们通过与澳洲当地农民的相互交流，了解到国外的家禽养殖业的专业知识，同时也将中国的禽业养殖技术分享出去，我也从中获益良多。”

“This is really a good chace for the Chinese delegates to visit Australian poultry farm for exchaging ideas with the local farmers, all of us are having a great time and have learnt a lot from each other.” said Mr. Siow.

澳洲的农场环境优美，家禽行业内注重人与环境相协调。据当地农民透露，澳洲的禽业向环保方向发展的趋势已经日渐成熟，包括销售终端也如此。因此在澳洲各大超市中销售的蛋品都已经全面使用可降解的纸浆包装作为主要蛋品包装，传达环保的概念，PVC和PE材料已经不再使用。

Australian poultry industry always focuses on the balance between the human and the environment. The locals said, the concerns about protecting the environment is increasing in every area of their industrial chain, including retailing. Therefore, the paper carton, which can be degradable and recycled, is regarded as the best wrapper of eggs selling in the supermarket other than PVC or PE material.

参观完工厂以后，代表团们在金福华团队的带领下来到了澳洲墨尔本著名的国家自然生态公园，接受绿色环保意识的熏陶。期间他们体验到了人与自然的融合，再一次领略到墨尔本“绿色生态城市”的美名。其后，代表团还与澳洲国宝袋鼠进行了近距离的接触，这段独特的经历给他们留下了深刻的印象。

After visiting the industry, Australia National Park was recommended as a place of interest for the delegation to visit, which impressed the delegation so much because of the comfortable environment and refreshing air.
